Our two-day Skillful Negotiator program develops the core concepts and skills that underpin principled, interest-based negotiation. This workshop empowers participants to skilfully manage any negotiation, no matter how challenging. They will learn how to create value, prepare for upcoming negotiations, communicate effectively, and deal with difficult behaviours.

We show participants how to maintain a value-generating approach, even when counterparts are behaving competitively. We provide them with the tools necessary to increase their confidence, manage those difficult moments, and improve their outcomes.
