Our two-day training workshop looks at influence as a skill that can be developed and sharpened. This workshop empowers participants to skilfully take the lead in influencing conversations. They will learn about the key sources of influence, strategies for preparing for and leading conversations, and how to build and manage relationships of influence.
We shift participants’ mindset from sales-pitching to thoughtful persuasive communication and effective relationship management. Through tools and practice, we help participants employ effective and ethical strategies of persuasion, use stakeholder and network analysis to plan and sequence their communications, and build lasting professional relationships.
