The one-day Foundations course introduces the PROSPECT model of interview and covers the basics of effective interviewing.
The two-day Foundations course builds on this and provides structure for effective planning, establishing rapport, questioning and information acquisition techniques and appropriate conclusion procedure.
The three-day Fundamentals course is the most comprehensive Art and Science of Interview course. It has been comprehensively tested in the private and public sector and proven to increase information volumes and reduce interview time.
