As our lives get busier with more responsibilities and less time do get things done, we find ourselves juggling multiple priorities with periods of tiredness. Fatigue is dangerous, and often leaves with a feeling on constant tiredness, exhaustion and weakness. Fatigue can come in two different forms, physical or emotional and at times a combination of both. There are many ways to help us manage fatigue these days, and lower fatigue levels in the workplace will lower the risk of accidents, increase productivity and result in happier and healthier workplace.
